This style gives you an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not have. Regular practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.

You will be guided towards flexibility, strength and balance and encouraged to find the posture options that will challenge and feel good to you.

All postures will be adapted to different abilities.

Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically expelling toxins and re-energising the body and mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release blockages of energy flow throughout the body

Yoga is a unique fitness practice because we work to bring together the movement of the body with the fluctuations of the mind and the breath. Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to focus and allows us to bring the attention inward.

By bringing the attention inward we become more aware of our experiences from moment to moment. This awareness is what makes yoga a practice, rather than a task or a goal to be completed. It is an on-going journey that could just take us to peace itself…
