2. Using Our Website

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions applicable to that order.

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering or creating an account.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its security or operation.

We may update the website and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter contracts already formed without a lawful basis.

3. Product Information

TaraHerbal sells products including Ayurvedic and herbal products, food, cosmetics, personal care products and other goods.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, sizes, ingredients, prices and availability information.

Product packaging and formulations may occasionally change. Customers should always read the information supplied with the product before use.

We will provide information required by applicable UK product and consumer laws.

Product information and general educational content on our website are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Nothing in these terms authorises the sale or advertising of a product that does not meet applicable legal requirements.

Products must be used in accordance with their applicable instructions and warnings.

4. Placing an Order

Customers can select products, add them to their shopping basket and proceed to checkout.

Before submitting an order, customers can review their chosen products, quantities, delivery address, delivery charges and total payable amount.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order electronically. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

If an order cannot be accepted because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price, a delivery restriction or another legitimate reason, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for goods we cannot supply.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where there is a lawful and reasonable basis to do so.

5. Prices and Payments

All product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Prices include any VAT or other taxes applicable to the sale unless clearly stated otherwise in accordance with law.

Any applicable delivery charges are displayed before the customer confirms payment.

The total amount payable will be shown at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

If an obvious pricing error is identified, we will contact you before accepting an affected order. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect accepted orders unless both parties lawfully agree otherwise.

6. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, but occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, such as a suitable replacement with the customer’s agreement or a refund for the unavailable product.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer agreement.

Out-of-stock products may remain displayed on our website for information purposes and future availability.

7. Delivery

TaraHerbal currently offers delivery to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and explained in our Delivery Help page.

Free delivery may be available when an order qualifies under the delivery promotion displayed at checkout.

Our normal customer-service and dispatch working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Orders placed before our published weekday cut-off time may be processed that working day, subject to stock availability and operational circumstances.

Delivery times shown at checkout may be estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We will deliver within the legally required period, including within 30 days where no other delivery period has been agreed.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain their statutory rights to seek delivery, cancel where legally entitled and obtain an appropriate refund.

TaraHerbal remains responsible for goods during delivery until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer, subject to any applicable statutory exception.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Order Cancellations and Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible online consumer purchases, customers generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving their goods.

After notifying us of cancellation, customers have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for ordinary change-of-mind returns, as disclosed before purchase.

Certain statutory exceptions apply, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and qualifying sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed.

For full details, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms restricts the right to cancel where provided by law.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other statutory remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Customers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, subject to the applicable statutory rules.

Further remedies may remain available after that period.

Where a return is required under the customer’s statutory rights, TaraHerbal will cover reasonable return costs.

Customers should contact us with their order details so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

10. Refunds

Refunds for eligible order cancellations and returns will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For an eligible cancellation of an entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge where applicable.

If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option, we generally need refund only the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations involving returned goods, refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

We do not charge an administration fee for exercising statutory cancellation rights.

11. Discounts, Promotions and Coupons

TaraHerbal may offer promotional prices, discount codes, vouchers or other special offers.

Promotions are subject to any clearly disclosed eligibility requirements, dates and conditions.

Discounts cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and to refuse fraudulent or otherwise unlawful promotional use.

Any promotional restrictions will be applied consistently with consumer-protection law.

12. Customer Accounts

Customers may be able to create an account to manage orders and account information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, TaraHerbal’s original website text, layout, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Customers may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.

Unauthorised copying, commercial reproduction or misuse of protected website materials is not permitted.

14. Website Availability and Security

We aim to keep the website accessible and functioning correctly.

Occasionally, access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may take reasonable steps to maintain and protect the security of the website.

Nothing in this section reduces our legal responsibilities concerning accepted orders, consumer rights or personal information.

15. Our Liability

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where legally permissible, our responsibility for other losses will be determined according to the applicable law, including relevant rules on foreseeability and causation.

Consumer statutory rights do not necessarily apply to transactions made wholly for business purposes.

Where applicable, our separate Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern those transactions.

19. Changes to These Terms

TaraHerbal may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date.

For an order already accepted, the contractual terms applicable when the contract was formed will continue to apply unless a change is lawfully agreed or required.

20. Governing Law
