How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email. 

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

If your requested order is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.

What can I do if I've lost my returns tracking information?

We will need tracking information in order to assist with any return to us. If you no longer have this information please contact the courier service.

Where do I send my return to?

Please send your return to the address as shown on your returns form; you have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. If you have passed the period of 14 days contact our team and they will be happy to help.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchange of items will only be accepted if you have received a wrong or faulty item. Please note if item gets damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible. Full instructions on how to return your item for an exchange are detailed in the paperwork enclosed in your return form.
