Change my order 


Can I have my order delivered to another country?

We Deliver to UK, USA, France, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal. Unfortunately we currently do not deliver to other countries. Since every country has a different policy for customs and revenue, it becomes a long procedure and extra charges to complete all paperwork and formalities.


Can I cancel my order?

We only have a very small window to cancel your order once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel the order once this has been packed or dispatched.Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to cancel the order for you.

Can I exchange my order?

Orders once placed cannot be exchanged. You will have to cancel the order as soon as you can and place a new order. If your order has been dispatched orders cannot be exchanged.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

We only have a very small window to amend your address once an order has been placed. We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help you.

Can I change my order?

We are unable to change orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before proceeding to checkout'.

Can I remove an item from my shopping bag?

Items that have been placed within your shopping bag can be removed at any point prior to completing the checkout process. To do this click the bag icon in the top right hand corner of the page, then click the 'X' button next to the item you wish to remove.

What payment methods to you accept ?

We accept directly the following types of debit/credit card payments:

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer.

Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.


Why can't I place an order?

If you are having issues placing an order, please ensure that all the information you have entered is correct before finalizing your purchase. If any information is missing from any mandatory fields (those marked with a red asterisk) you will not be able to finalize your order, so please ensure all required information has been entered.
The issue could also be a connection error. If none of the previous methods have resolved your issue, it may be that your card issuer has declined your payment. Please contact them directly or try another card or payment method.


Why have I received an error message when placing my order?

Please ensure that you have completed all steps of the checkout process before proceeding to checkout. Any incomplete form will result in a error message until completely filled.

Do you offer discount?

We do offer discounts, just contact us and we will send you a discount coupon.

Is it safe to order online?

We take every step to ensure that shopping with us online is safe. We use industry-standard Safe Secure payments through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. 

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

If your requested order is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us for return form; you have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. 

Have you received my return?

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to reach us. 

Do I have to pay for my return?

No you do not have to pay for your returns if you comply with our return policy.
