How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email.

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

If your requested order is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.

What can I do if I've lost my returns tracking information?

We will need tracking information in order to assist with any return to us. If you no longer have this information please contact the courier service.

Where do I send my return to?

Please send your return to the address as shown on your returns form; you have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. If you have passed the period of 14 days contact our team and they will be happy to help.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchange of items will only be accepted if you have received a wrong or faulty item.
If you received a good product we can exchange it for you. Here you must send the item back to us at your own cost.
Please note if item gets damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible. Full instructions on how to return your item for an exchange are detailed in the paperwork enclosed in your return form.

Our returns policy

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 07456437009 and ask for customer services.

Standard no-fault returns

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Taraherbal premises.
  4. Goods must be returned in full pack. We cannot offer any refunds on used packs.
  5. Refunds don't include delivery charges.
  6. Taraherbal will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

How do I return my order?

Please use a reputable courier to send your return back. You can use the same box or packing send by us for repacking.

Have you received my return?

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once we received your parcel, please allow 3 working days for the refund.

Do I have to pay for my return?

No you have not to pay for returning the item to Taraherbal if you comply under our return policy
